An underwater world of beautiful and unusual animals and habitats awaits your group at the National Aquarium, located in the heart of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. School groups, corporate groups, senior groups, scout troops, family reunions and more can receive reduced admission when visiting in a group of at least 15 guests.

Group rates are available with advance reservation, subject to ticket availability. A $75 deposit is due three weeks in advance.

Parking Info for Tour Buses and Motor Coaches

Scheduled groups on buses and motor coaches may use Gunther Circle, located in front of the Aquarium across from the intersection of Pratt Street and Gay Street, for drop-off and pickup. Access is limited to 10 minutes.

How do I pay my deposit?

Deposits can be paid by credit card or check. Credit card payments can be made by phone at 410-576-3833, by email at or by fax at 410-986-2334. Checks can be mailed to:

If mailing a check, please be sure to allow enough time for the Aquarium to receive the check 21 days before your trip.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Reservations can be made as early as six months in advance. We suggest making reservations at least three weeks in advance of the requested visit date. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the requested visit, subject to ticket availability. If you are scheduling a group visit within 21 days of the requested visit date, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking.

Is my deposit refundable? Does it go towards my overall balance?

公和我做好爽Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 21 days of the trip, but the deposit can be applied to future reservations. The deposit is applied to the overall balance of your trip.

Do you accept purchase orders as a payment method?

公和我做好爽No, we do not. Payment can be made by credit card, check or cash.

When is my final group count needed?

公和我做好爽If you are adjusting your group number by 10 or more people, you must call Central Reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Adjustments of less than 10 people can be made at the will call window at check-in.

Do you have discounts for nonprofits?

Nonprofit organizations are eligible for the standard group discount, provided the group is 15 or more people. Maryland-based nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status can apply for donated Community Connection tickets.

Do you have discounts for special needs groups?

Special needs groups will qualify for group pricing for any group of 10 or more guests. Any individuals requiring one-on-one assistance will receive free admission for their aide or nurse.

Does my infant count toward the group number of 15 people?

Group rates are available for 15 or more paying guests. Children 2 years old and under receive free admission and therefore are not counted toward the group number.

Are there opportunities for my group to have a staff-led tour of the Aquarium? Can we visit behind-the-scenes areas?

The Aquarium offers both daytime tours and overnight experiences, and our sleepovers can accommodate up to 65 people. Learn more about behind-the-scenes tours at the Aquarium.

What lunch options do you offer for groups?

Harbor Market Kitchen and Harbor Market Cafe are open daily. Guests are welcome to order food when they arrive, or groups can pre-order lunches.

We offer all-inclusive packages on weekdays from September to May for groups of at least 25 people. These include admission to the National Aquarium, a presentation from our animal programs staff and a meal in the Harbor View room. Email for more information or to make a reservation.

公和我做好爽Outside food and drink are not allowed in the National Aquarium. Groups are welcome to eat their own food outside the building, and outdoor tables are available outside of Pier 4. Hand stamps are available at each exit to allow re-entry into the building.
