As a precautionary measure and in an effort to protect the health and safety of staff, guests, volunteers and animals, the National Aquarium is temporarily closing to the public to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
公和我做好爽The Aquarium will be closed to the public starting on Saturday, March 14 through at least Friday, March 27. While there have been no reported cases of infection on-site, the Aquarium believes it is their ethical responsibility to adhere to the scientific community's recommendation to limit large social gatherings at this time.
公和我做好爽During this period of closure, an on-site core team will continue to provide our animals with highest quality of care and welfare. The Aquarium currently has a surplus of medical supplies, food and other resources on hand to ensure that all animals in our care will continue to thrive. The Aquarium will also be using this time to thoroughly clean all public spaces and exhibit areas.

In the days ahead, the Aquarium will continue to adhere to guidance from local and state officials as well as the on appropriate timing to reopen to the public.
